| Summary/Description | Caption on image: This photo shows how erosion can be controlled on road banks. This is Pioneer Trail where it crosses Forest Service land. Banks were properly sloped, seeded with grass and covered with a straw mulch which was rolled in with a Sheeps Foot roller. Portions of the road running through private property were not treated in a similar manner. Photographic print, 8 x 10 inches |
