Summary/DescriptionPart of the flight of seventeen C-82 flying boxcar planes which were today loaded with hay here to be flown to eastern Nevada where some 200, 000 head of cattle and sheep are snowboaund and starving. Planes are from McChord Field, Washington, and each holds about four tons of hay. Loading was done by volunteer help at Fallon airbase. Fallon, Nevada. January 25, 1949 [caption].
