HabitatLocally common on sand dune.
Attributes (verbatiumAttributes)Stems erect or ascending horizontal to vertical; underground root, few to several in a cluster; leaves densely woollly pubescent at first becoming glabrous, especially beneath; umbel so tight corolla lobes cannot become truly reflexed; sepals curved upward through clefts in the corolla lobes, green; corolla cream with a rose tinge in the middle; column pale green; hoods cream; horns attached at the base and tightly curved over the stigma head; anther wings broadly angles, cream; anther sacs violet tinged. Visited by moths bees, and wasps.
